Bapemperda DPRD Kota Batam Bahas Revisi Perda Persampahan, Dorong Solusi Komprehensif – capacitaciontotalcdmx
KUTIPAN – Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Kota Batam menggelar rapat koordinasi terkait rencana perubahan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 11 Tahun 2013 tentang Pengelolaan Persampahan, Rabu (1/4/2026) siang.
Rapat tersebut dipimpin langsung Ketua Bapemperda Hj Siti Nurlailah ST MT dan dihadiri Wakil Ketua III DPRD Kota Batam, Muhammad Yunus Muda SE, serta diikuti sejumlah anggota Bapemperda. Selain itu, turut hadir perwakilan dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Batam serta Bagian Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Batam.
Dalam rapat tersebut, Siti Nurlailah menegaskan bahwa persoalan persampahan menjadi salah satu isu prioritas dalam pemerintahan Wali Kota Batam Amsakar Achmad dan Wakil Wali Kota Li Claudia Chandra. Menurutnya, persoalan ini juga mendapatkan perhatian besar dari masyarakat.
Siti menyampaikan bahwa Bapemperda menyadari kompleksitas persoalan sampah di Kota Batam, sehingga diperlukan langkah penanganan yang menyeluruh, tidak hanya dari sisi teknis, tetapi juga dari aspek regulasi.
“Kita mendorong bagaimana persoalan sampah ini dicarikan solusi menyeluruh dan komprehensif serta memiliki dasar hukum yang kuat sehingga berjalan efektif dalam masyarakat,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, Siti Nurlailah menjelaskan bahwa saat ini pihaknya memberikan kesempatan kepada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup untuk menyempurnakan draf revisi Ranperda terkait, termasuk melengkapi kajian akademis dan teknis guna memperkuat usulan perubahan Perda tersebut.
“Melalui revisi ini diharapkan pengelolaan persampahan di Kota Batam dapat berjalan lebih optimal, efektif, dan mampu menjawab tantangan serta kebutuhan masyarakat ke depan,” pungkasnya.

By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
